REFUND REQUEST:

Summer Camp 2024: If cancellation is made prior to May 3, 2024, a full refund (minus $50 per week deposit, per camper) will be provided. If cancellation is between May 4, 2024 and May 31, 2024, you will receive a full refund minus $75 per week per camper. No refunds to be provided after May 31, 2024.

Refunds are available through the first session of a program or before the day of the trip. All refund requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval by the Director of Recreation and the Township Committee in accordance with Township Ordinances. Approved refunds will be issued via purchase order, after which a check will be mailed in 6-8 weeks. Participants requesting a refund must present proof of payment. Refund/Cancellations received 14 days prior to program/activity start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations/changes received 7-13 days prior to the program/activity start date are eligible for a 50% refund, Cancellations/Changes made less than seven (7) days prior to program dates are not eligible for a refund.

For Summer Recreation programs, no refunds will be granted after June 1st. Unless for Summer School which proof is required.

Hazlet Swim Club Refund Policy: A 15% administrative fee will be charged for all Swim Club refunds. No refund after July 4th. No Refunds for Daily admission.
